Next Leg US 70 - THE OLD WEST ROAD
Riding on the Old West Road! U.S. 70 begins in Globe AZ and runs across America to the coast of North Carolina.
US 60 Bridge!
On US 60 heading east to Globe. Staying away from Interstate 10 we chose US 60 for our first leg of the trip - commissioned in 1927, and was part of the original 1927 Arizona Highway Plan.
NEW MEXICO SAYING HELLO
We have Saguaro cactus that seem to wave at you and New Mexico has Torrey Yaucca's that seem to be saying welcome
Wonder of the Trip
As we left home we thought about our road trip and how far we would be traveling. We were excited and saddened by the leaving home and contemplated the magnitude about the unknown. With this we turned up our music and rocked our way down the roads.

In New Mexico though we had a new plant that waved at us.
Gas, and Food
Gas Stations, Fast Food places, and our Passat Wagon are our friends on this road trip.
